Corbin began making entrepreneurial investments in his mid-20s and today brings his entrepreneurial mindset and energetic work ethic to the company’s leadership. Corbin personally identifies all investment vehicles and strategies for Corbco Ventures and directs all aspects of real estate ownership and development for Corbco-led projects.
Corbin earns praise for his forward-thinking – identifying not only what is new, but what is next. His clients and partners, including nationally known tenants and developers, acknowledge his attention to detail and enthusiasm.
In recent years, Corbin has emerged as a leader in owning and developing commercial and cannabis real estate/businesses throughout Michigan and nationally. He is recognized for his knowledge of cannabis applications and licensing entitlements, as well as his ability to guide clients and partners through this complex, labor-intensive process. His traditional commercial real estate expertise, working through ground-up and redevelopment projects from start to finish, has proven to be of great importance to his clients and partners.
Corbin is also the Founder/President of C3 CRE, LLC, a commercial brokerage company, and a Founding Partner for Rair Capital, LLC, a commercial lending platform.
With an avid interest in strategic and diverse investments, Corbin has set his sights on several other industries including: cannabis & CBD, crypto, NFT & virtual real estate, legal gambling, retail & restaurants, eSports, and renewable energy.
Corbin has a knack for creating opportunities because of his 24/7 mindset and impressive skill set. His skill set includes leadership and networking qualities that put him ahead of the competition, and his adaptive nature pushes him to always learn more to better serve his clients and partners. He is also a superb public speaker, innovator, and individual who believes in constant growth and change to build a better future for his companies and his communities.

Corbin earned his General Business Management and Human Resources degrees from Oakland University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, currently sits on the State of Michigan Program Planning Committee, and is the Next Generation Co-Chair, along with formerly serving as the State of Michigan Next Generation Chair. Additionally, he sits on the Michigan Commercial Real Estate PAC. He previously served on the prestigious board of Chaldean Young Professionals Network, an affiliate of the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce.
